The "Field of Play" mural is sponsored by The Milwaukee Brewers. It is the second mural in a series of community murals. Their mission is all about supporting local artists and small businesses, bringing art into the sports world, and connecting with the next generation of Brewers fans. I’m beyond proud that they chose The Little Village Play Cafe to be part of this amazing initiative.

 

From the moment we started brainstorming, it was clear that our visions were perfectly aligned. Our shared love for community, imaginative play, and rallying around each other fit seamlessly with their focus on teamwork, playing hard, and cheering on the crew.

 

We’re over the moon to have had the opportunity to collaborate yet again with Milwaukee’s very own Whitney Nettles to bring this mural to life. Whitney designed our Little Village branding years ago, and over the pasat two weeks, she has transformed our east-facing wall with her stunning and inspiring artwork.

The mural, aptly named “Field of Play,” beautifully captures our shared goals of community, creativity, and supporting one another.
