PLANNING YOUR VISIT
What are your Open Play hours?
You can check out our open play hours here. We'll also be adding events and classes to our calendar. The best way to get notifications about these new events and classes is by signing up for our email newsletter.
How much does Open Play cost?
Open Play Sessions are three hours long and cost $16 per child.
If you're booking for mulitple children / siblings the cost per child reduces by $1 when you use coupon code SIBLINGS at the checkout.
You can save money when you purchase open play passes in packages. More details on that here.
There is no fee for infants 3 months and under. Parents and carers also do not have a fee.
Is parking available?
We have a few parking spaces on the east side of the building. Additionally, there is ample + free street parking along the side streets and North Avenue.
What is your capacity?
We're still getting a feel for the space. To kick things off, our capacity is 20 children at a time for open play. We also have a community room that may be used simultaneously for classes and events. As we get comfy in our space and get more feedback from guests, we may increase or decrease the capacity.
What kind of footware is required?
Socks please! If you have socks with grips on the bottom, even better. Shoes must be left in cubbies at the front entrance. This helps us keep our space clean and safe, especially for our littlest guests who crawl and scoot around. If you forget your socks, no problemo. We've got extras available for purchase.
Do you offer child care?
Good question. No, we do not offer child care. Our staff will help facilitate play and engage with your children. However, it is the caretakers responsibility to be supervising their child's safety at all times.
Can guests without children visit?
Guests without children are welcome to purchase a drink to-go or shop our retail section for a gift. However, The LIttle Village Play Cafe is a safe space designated children and their caretakers. Because of this, only guests with children can access the play space. We reserve the right to kindly ask anyone to leave.
Do you accomodate children with special needs?
Of course! If there's anything we can do to make your experience more enjoyable, please email thelittlevillageplaycafe@gmail.com.

Yes, absolutely!
Can I schedule play time in advance?

You can always call ahead to check if there is any wait for the play space (414) 309-5700.
FOOD & DRINK
Can I bring my own food?
No outside food or drinks may be brought into the play space or cafe. This allows us to maintain a nut-free facility, so that we can keep our friends with allergies safe. Water bottles are allowed.
Where can we eat and drink?
We ask that all food be kept in the cafe seating area. This will help keep our play space clean and safe for all of our guests.
Parents, you're welcome to carry your drinks into the play space so that you can sip and play at the same time. Just be sure to keep an eye on your drinks & away from little fingers!
