Birthday Parties & Private Events in Wauwatosa

Parties run Saturdays & Sundays from 2-4pm or 5-7pm, plus Mondays from 5-7pm. Every booking is a 2-hour private rental, & you get an extra 30 minutes before & after for setup & teardown.

Weekend rentals are $400 for the Village Gathering or $615 for the Signature Celebration. Monday evenings are $300. Want a longer gathering? Add an extra hour for $200 (available 5-8pm).

We recommend booking 2-3 months ahead since party slots fill up quickly. If your event is less than a month away, don't worry; shoot us an email & we'll do our best to make it happen!

We want everyone to be comfortable. Our space is a great fit for up to 50 adults & 30 kiddos, with cafe seating for up to 30 guests.

Sweet treats are always welcome; there's no fee for outside dessert, so bring on the cake, cookies or cupcakes! Other outside food can be brought in for a $100 fee. Outside drinks aren't allowed, but a complimentary water station is provided for all guests, & our full espresso bar, beer & wine selection has you covered.

3 ways to host drinks: an open bar (all drinks on one tab, settled at the end), a cash bar (guests buy their own), or drink tickets (each guest gets one free drink on the host's tab). Prefer a non-alcoholic open bar? No problem.

Decorate to your heart's content! We provide command hooks for backdrops & a stand to borrow for hanging decorations, plus you can play your own music thru our Sonos system & display content on our Frame TVs. We kindly ask you to skip confetti, glitter, piñatas, bounce houses & open flames (birthday candles are the exception; we can even provide candles & lighters).

Yes! Basic plates, forks & napkins are covered, plus serving trays, candles & cake cutting service. We also have a few trayless highchairs that scoot right up to the table for your littlest guests. Want to bring your own themed party supplies? Go for it!

Your $100 deposit is non-refundable, but it doesn't just disappear. Cancel more than 30 days before your party & we'll turn it into a Little Village credit good for 12 months, plus refund your rental balance in full. Between 14 and 30 days, your balance is refunded at 50% & the deposit still becomes credit. Inside 14 days we're not able to offer a refund or credit, since your date is off the calendar, your team is scheduled & your food is ordered.

Need to move your date? With at least 45 days' notice we'll move everything you've paid to a new date within 6 months, subject to availability.

Pick an open date from the calendar above & pay a $100 deposit to save it. That's the whole booking step, & your date is yours the moment it goes through.

We'll email you within one business day to say hello. About six weeks out we'll plan the details together, your remaining rental balance is due 30 days before your party, & food, drinks and add-ons are settled on your tab at the end of the celebration.

We're at 6505 W North Ave in Wauwatosa, with ample street parking on W North Ave & surrounding local streets. Just observe posted signs for time limits & parking rules.
