First & Third Saturday:

• 🕓 One party available from 4-7 PM | $550

Second & Fourth Saturday:

• 🕑 2-4 PM | $400

We are a cafe with lots of food & beverage options. We have a comprehensive party menu featuring items from our neighbors at Crafty Cow for you to select from. Outside food is not allowed without an additional $100 outside food fee.

Two-hour parties cost $400. These parties are offered on the second & fourth Saturday of the month, and every Sunday.

Three-hour parties cost $550. These parties are offered on the first & third Saturday of every month.

We know life with little ones can be unpredictable, but please note that all birthday party bookings at Little Village Play Cafe are non-refundable. Once your reservation is made, your date and time are held just for you and cannot be canceled for a refund.

If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within our calendar availability. A rescheduling request must be made at least 45 days in advance of your party date. Rescheduling is not guaranteed, but we’ll always try to work with you to find a new spot.
If you’re unable to attend or reschedule, you’re welcome to transfer your party booking to another family. Just let us know their name so we can update the reservation.

Thank you for understanding, reserving a party means staffing, supplies, and preparation all begin well before your big day. We also prevent anyone else from reserving that time slot. Your commitment helps us keep our village running smoothly for everyone!
