What is a pressed floral handprint?
It's exactly what it sounds like, and somehow even better in person. We trace your child's actual handprint, fill the inside with real pressed florals (think tiny daisies, forget-me-nots, eucalyptus, baby's breath), and mount the whole thing in a bespoke gold embroidery hoop frame.
The result is a one-of-a-kind, ready-to-gift keepsake that captures exactly how small your kiddo's hand is right now.
No two are alike. Every frame is hand-arranged by our team.
How it works
- Book a 15-minute slot. Slots are limited.
- Show up with your kid. That's the whole list. We provide everything else.
- We trace. The actual handprint takes about 5 minutes.
- They play, we work. Your kiddo heads into the Little Village play space while our team fills the print with pressed florals and mounts it in the gold frame.
- You leave with a wrapped, finished gift. Total time at the cafe: about 15-20 minutes.

A note on the Sunday (Mother's Day) session
We added a Mother's Day morning session because not everyone gift-plans ahead, and honestly, doing it together is its own kind of magic. Two ways to use this slot:
- Mom + kid activity: Bring mom along and make it together as the Mother's Day experience itself. Coffee, play space, pressed florals, a finished keepsake. Done.
- Last-minute giftgiver: Slip in early Sunday morning with the kiddo while mom sleeps in or has some me-time. Walk out with a wrapped frame (& a latte for mom! hint, hint.) Hero status secured.

Will it really be ready in time for Mother's Day?
Yes. You walk out with a fully finished, wrapped frame the same day. No "we'll ship it later." It is ready to give.
What if my baby won't sit still for the print?
We have done this with squirmy babies, sleeping babies, and toddlers mid-meltdown. We have tricks. It will be fine.
Can I book more than one?
Yes, of course. You can only technically book 1 when you make your appointment, but we can always add additional prints when you arrive (while supplies last!) Many families do one for mom and one for grandma.
Is the play space included?
No, your booking does not include free playtime. But we highly recommend making a play reservation or dropping in for playtime while you wait for your handprint. Grab a drink or a bite to eat, let the kids run, we will find you when it is ready. Plus, this is a great time to shop our Little Marketplace for more gifts for mom.
Are slots really going to sell out again?
Probably. Round 1 sold out in 20 minutes, and our market waitlist already got first dibs on these new sessions before public booking opened. Don't sit on it.
Do you take walk-ins or drop-ins? What if I don't have an appointment?
Yes! If we can sneak you in between appointments, we will. But we can't make any promises, especially since round 1 sold out in 20 minutes. The safest bet is to book a slot ahead of time.
