There are some posts you write with your head, and some you write with your whole heart. This one is the latter.
After weeks of repairs, long days, big feelings, and more community support than I could ever put into words, Little Village is officially reopening. Our doors will open wide once again for play and coffee and food and friends and shopping and all the magical everyday moments that make this space feel like home.
And honestly, it feels a little like finding our way back to where we belong. ❤️
Opening Day
Our first official day open to the public will be Wednesday, November 26. We are opening a little later that morning (@ 10am) to give our new team extra time to prep and train. We also have a few final touches we want to make sure are perfect for you before you walk back in.

Small Business Saturday at Little Village
This reopening week also lands right in time for Small Business Saturday, which feels exactly right.
On Saturday, we will have extended hours from 8am to 3pm so you can pop in to play, grab a latte, and start your holiday shopping in the Little Marketplace. It is one of our favorite days of the year to celebrate local makers, cross a few gifts off your list, and keep your dollars right here in our community.

A Little Wobbly. A Lot Beautiful.
We have some new faces on our team, and everyone is learning a lot at once. It feels a bit like watching a toddler take those first wobbly steps… unsure, determined, adorable, and somehow deeply emotional for no reason other than wow, look at us go.
We are so grateful for your patience as we all find our rhythm again. We are committed to making Little Village feel warm, welcoming, safe, and joyful the second you walk in the door.
A Thank You That Will Never Feel Big Enough
To our incredible staff and our village of volunteers: you picked up every piece with us. You showed up with tools, meals, helping hands, late night encouragement, and so much love. You helped rebuild this place physically and spiritually.
This was not on my 2025 bingo card, but somehow we have come out on the other side feeling steadier, stronger, and more us than ever.
Your Home Away From Home Is Ready
The spruced up space is ready for you. The coffee is brewing. The toys are in their bins. The shelves are stocked. The chairs are cozy. The magic is back.
Come in and fall in love with Little Village all over again. Fall in love with the calm corners and the cozy chaos, the tiny humans learning and growing, the parents deep breathing through the morning, and the way this community holds each other so well.
