It’s that time of year again. Our cozy, bustling season is right around the corner, and we’re looking for a few more bright, reliable, and hard-working humans to join the Little Village crew.

Working here means you are part of something special. Every day looks a little different, and that is part of the fun. You will see first steps and belly laughs, overhear sweet toddler conversations, and help create those small but mighty bright spots that make people feel at home.
The Roles We’re Hiring
We are currently adding to our team across a few different roles:
- Shift Lead
- Barista
- Front of House (FOH)
- Back of House (BOH)
The truth is, we all wear a lot of hats. We love to cross-train, and most of our crew members float between roles. It keeps things fresh, flexible, and fun.
What We’re Looking For
We are especially looking for teammates who can commit to at least 1 evening and 1 weekend shift each week. From our experience, people who work 3 or more shifts per week tend to thrive best and feel the most connected to the rhythm of our community.
