Who doesn’t absolutely love zoo animals?! Come enjoy an exciting day exploring different textures of animal prints during tummy time and pretending to be your favorite animals with circle time songs. Sensory experiences and take home art are included in your zoo adventure!

In this class, we will be focusing on the following skills:

  • Language Development
  • Social and Emotional Learning
  • Pretend Play

    Timeline

    Each class will follow a similar timeline:

    • 8:00 - 8:10 a.m. - Movement Activity
    • 8:10 - 8:35 a.m. - Themed Sensory Activities
    • 8:35 - 8:45 a.m. - Storytime
    • 8:45 - 9:00 a.m. - Caregiver Circle
    • 9:00 - 9:30 a.m. - Open Play

    What's Included

    Each class includes...

    • 45-minute instructor-led class
    • 30 minutes of pop-up play
    • 12 oz. drink for the caregiver
    • a copy of the read aloud book
    • a take-home art project or activity

    Our Approach

    Our approach to learning is simple - kids learn through play. Our educators are well-versed in creating meaningful experiences that enhance the love of learning. We do this by implementing sensory experiences, integrating movement with exploration, and creating a shared sense of wonder. We want to provide you and your kids opportunities for those "a-ha" moments through play-based learning experiences.

    Appropriate Ages

    This class is built for infants 3 months - 1 year old. Our Summer Series also includes classes geared toward older children. You can explore them all here.

    How many children per class?

    Each class size is 15 children, plus 1 caregiver per child.

    Who is teaching the Summer Series classes?

    Our Summer Series classes are created and taught by an incredibly talented bunch of local educators and parents. Read their bios!

    Can I drop my child off?

    No, this class is intended for caregivers to participate alongside their child.

    Do I need to bring anything?

    Nope! Just bring your baby. 🤗 We'll take care of the rest.

    Are classes purchased individually or in a set?

    Classes are purchased individually. Feel free to join us for as many classes as you'd like! Baby classes are every Monday or Tuesday from 8:30 - 10 a.m.

    Can siblings join?

    Unfortunately no. This class is exclusively for babies and their caregivers. We understand this can be tricky. Our goal is to offer an option for siblings in the future! We also offer other events and open play where siblings are always welcome.
